Universal No-Cook Satay Sauce

This is a useful satay sauce that in its' simplest form, can be made in a peanut butter jar when it's close to being empty. Just add the remainder of the ingredients and shake!

Makes about 200ml

Try this sweet-sour-hot-salty sauce, cold or hot, with a stir-fry as per video, on a cold noodle dishes, an accompaniment to Indonesian Gado Gado salad, with beef or chicken skewers, or as a dip for Asian style finger foods.
